- Refund Limit: Refunds are limited to the total amount actually paid by the customer for the specific product (digital or physical) or service.
- 60-Day Window: All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@aniyahsoasis.com within 60 days of the original purchase.
- Physical Goods: For books or merchandise, refunds may require the return of the physical item in its original condition.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by Ohio law, Delatime Consulting LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, books, products, or events. In no event shall our total liability exceed the total amount paid by you to us.

7. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
- Small Claims Court: Any dispute relating to your visit, or to products/books/services purchased through Aniyah’s Oasis, shall be resolved in the Small Claims Court of Stark County, Ohio, provided the claim qualifies for that court’s jurisdiction.
- All other claims fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts in Stark County, Ohio.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All text, graphics, book content, and digital downloads are the exclusive property of Delatime Consulting LLC. Purchase of a book or digital product grants you a personal, non-commercial license; you may not resell or redistribute our content without express written permission.
